Lab input from those that know better than me

50 year old male, ~20 years in the gym, firefighter, and have past competition in physique and powerlifting. Currently about 227-229 lbs, 6'2", ~13% bodyfat. TRT since ~2012. First few years stuck at 100mg a week. Then ran a cycle or two a year of higher dose and other stuff. About 5 years ago my insurance got all crappy and would NOT fill a 10ml vial for a 90 day and made me get 1 ml vials every 2 weeks for a LOT more. So I found an undocumented pharmacist and went solo. Not long after that I did my last cycle of anything, it was tren and a nicked a vein while my wife was in the next room. The next ~5 minutes of choking, gasping and gagging scared her so bad I just stuck with test cype at 100-200mg a week depending on what I could get. About a year or two ago my source turned flakey and I ended up with a few vials from an online lab and I used that, I suspect it was pretty low dosed (fluoresced less than other stuff and I had to go up to 200 a week to feel like 100 a week). I got tired of that and got in with a really well know urologist recommended highly and his lab workup is FAR more comprehensive than the PCP and Endo I was using before. I have been off for 5 or 6 weeks...I feel like **** obviously. Labs came out this weekend.

I have read the science description behind it all but It still twists my head a little trying to turn that into real life what it means:

Not an expert but nothing too shocking there with you being off for 5 weeks. If it were me I'd look at that slightly elevated PSA

My past tests were total test, estradiol, total estrogen, free test so pretty much everything about the others is new and somewhat alien to me. More along the lines of do those come back up with exogenous test or have I been that low for years kind of thing...and what do they mean as far as health lol
Not worried about a PSA of 0.4 on a scale of 0-4 tbh.

Definitely several tests I've not heard of before. If I read it right your PSA is slightly above range at 4.23? May be a non issue, just something I'd ask my doc about if it were me.
