what do u think from your experience in gaining mass is better a stack of HMB + Creatine or Leucine+ creatine? I read that Leucine improves protein sint.
What is the ideal dose of Leucine alone without BCAA? 5 grams ED?
i would go with the leucine. i have yet to see HMB be effective for anyone. leucine does help with protein synthesis and also increases insulin sensativity. throwing in 5g extra in the postworkout shake is a good idea or you can mix it with some gatorade/sports drink and sip throughout the workout.
