L-Dopa

Was planning to get some after a while, but to my dismay, I found that Nutraplanet no longer carries their 1-carboxy-2-amino- 3-pyrobenzol (3,4 diol). :(

Been searching around online for the last couple of days with little yields in finding something in place of it. Best I can find are the mucana vcaps from NOW and just megadose them...

Don't really want to buy stuff off ebay, but I did come across this a product. Due to my low post count, I can't post links. Just go to ebay and just pop "130458244033" into the search engine and it'll show right up.

Much different chemical form from NP's; NP's is supposedly able to more easily cross the blood brain barrier, but that form doesn't seem to exist on the market anymore.

Anyone have any thoughts on using that product in replacement or better sources?
 
I've got the NOW brand 15% mucuna caps. I used to take 1600 mg (240 mg l-dopa) 5 on 2 off but I started getting sides at that dose. Insomnia, severe hot flashes. I would be cautious megadosing anything that affected neurotransmitters
