Something I haven't found elsewhere, Does anyone else experiance extreme gas from Kwik Karb?? (I should say waxy maize starch... don't want to single out Nutra's brand) It gets me bad a couple hours after taking it. If I drop the amount from 70 to 35grams, its not quite so bad.

I've been on Prof Supps Pure Vitargo for the last month or so and haven't experienced any issues with gas. I usally get in 35 pre and 35 post, though.

I think I'll stick with 35 post, and I'll add 1/2 cup ground oats into my shake. That should give the yellow gold enough carbs to work with.
