What's your feedback?
How/when do you take it?
Does it have a scope inside?
if yes, then 1 scope is how many grams?
if not, what do you use? a tea spoon?!
so 1 tea spoon is how many grams?
What are the doses?

Its a great product at a great price. It does not have a scoop inside, but a regular 70cc protein powder scoop is 35 grams of waxy maize, so just use an old protein scoop. I personally use one scoop intra workout with my xtend, and two scoops post workout with my EAA's

Good stuff. I mix it with my whey post workout full year round. When bulking, I also mix some with whey and bulk pslin pre workout

Thanks, but the 70cc scoop, is it like the one with ON 100% Whey scoop?
