Kre-Alkalyn 1500

I just purchased a bottle of SciFit Kre-Alkalyn 1500 and had a few questions.

The bottle reads that 1G of Kre-Alkalyn is equivalent to 10 grams of powder creatine. If this is so, would taking one 1 capsule (equivalent to 7.5G of powder creatine be plenty?

Taking two capsules would be equivalent to 15G of powder creatine, and I do not need that much.

Also if anyone has further advice on getting the most out of this product please let me know.

mostly marketing, i'm currently taking three grams of kre alkalyn and seem to be doing fine

yea thats not really exact at all. ive been doing 4 capsules = 3 grams. try to experiment to see how many works best for you
