Krav maga and bodybuilding

Hello guys! I train alot of krav maga for self defense, so i wanna do some bodybuilding on the side. Im gonna train for times a week bodybuilding, i wanna train to be rock hard at 85 kg where im around 88 kg now. Im thinking about doing some exercises that can benefit my self defense/fighting, what could that be, which also build muscles?

Mondag: Chest and Bicep, tuesday: Back and triceps Wed: Shoulders and legs thursday: Back and chest.

4 exercises to each and 3 set of 12-15 reps with good form.
 
Be more specific. Bodybuilding routines do not work outside of bodybuilding. For krav maga, you want to train explosiveness and strength training. HIIT is great to add into a strength program.
