Hello everyone I have decided to start my cutting routine a bit earlier that normal due to the fact that I am about to be on a ship for 6 months and during that time it might be a bit more difficult to cut than with my current schedule.

So I decided to log my two month cut for posterity sakes.

Here it is

Ketogenic diet

Basic macros are as follows
40g effective carbs
160g protein
133g Fat

This is for the first week to get into ketosis which will be altered slightly as time progresses.

Current stats
5'11"

Lifts
Deadlift 465lbs
Bench 315lbs
Squat 375lbs

Unfortunately my 14hr days have cut a bit into my lifting schedule, however I am back to 12hr days which should help.
