Is the CM a 1:1 or 2:1 blend? And can you confirm that it is CM and not just Citruline? Normally when you see Cit at 4g it is not the CM blend, since if I recall 4g is the optimal dose for Cit (factoring out the malate that makes Kraken contain 2g or 2.6g Cit, depending on the mixture used).

Thanks!

It is Citrulline Malate, I'll have to check on the ratio tho for you.

Thanks. I found my notes where I had captured a suggested target dosage of 3 - 6g Citrulline per day. But I cannot find the source (study/page) for that dose. I know when I "mixed my own" pre that I noticed a (positive) difference when I went above 3g Cit. Then again I never included agmatine in my pre (did not know about it back then), so maybe synergistically they work better? I also included some in my post (shake) since it had an anecdotal side benefit of overall better recovery, but that could have just been the malate. Thanks!

you are very right, 4 grams of citrulline malate is a little low, maybe they are releasing some pump product soon...I find that citrulline amplifies the effects of other ingredients, including caffine. I love max reps+ for that, can't go wrong with 8 grams C mallet+2 grams citrulline.

Can we also get a confirmation if the BA is generic or Carnosyn BA?

Thanks!

Waiting for a response to this question still bro.

Thanks. The main difference (as I understand it) is Carnosyn is timed release (and also what all of the BA studies were based on, If I recall). I noticed that I had significantly less GI issues with Carnosyn than with generic BA, but from my research I am in the minority for generic BA sensitivity.

Beta alanine 4g

I have not read up on all of the guesses, but as 3.2g (the normal daily max) was already guessed, I think it might be lower, shooting for the typical 1.2g "maintenance" dosage (that you need after you reach saturation). I wonder about the sides if they went higher (than the 3.2g) with the BA (single) dose, but I have not paid that much attention to what the pre supps are including these days :).

Plus they don't exactly give BA away like they do creatine

Before I guess again, what are the exact rules to win? For instance, if I post the entire ingredient list I only get 1 guess, correct?

So if I guess two ingredients and then the whole list at once, how could I win? Would guessing the entire list count as my only guess, or would it count as my third?

you get 1 guess for the entire profile. if you want to split that into multiple post like you have been, that's fine, but the winner will be the person who gets the COMPLETE profile posted first.

you cannot however guess 1 ingredient, 1 ingredient, and then the entire profile with two new guesses for those two ingredients and guesses for the other remaining ones as well.

Whoa, 400 mg caffeine, 75 mg DMAA and Synephrine? This is definitely going to be a stim bomb.

True enough, I went back thru the guesses and saw most were posting 3.5g and lower, so figured, eh, I'll go higher just to have it said.

Only Synephrine HCL was correct yesterday... BA and HupA left!
