Koltink Scivation stack

Unfortunately I don't have any baseline or anything like that I can compare to and I didn't take my hear rate. I just woke up and ran. I don't ever do any distance running so I was very pleased

That is DAMN Impressive at almost 7min/Mile for rolling out of bed and crushing a run man.. Kudos..
You gonna grab Strawberry Mango in a few weeks Xtend?

You know I'll run a review boss! I need to write a review of the blood orange.

Also, you got any news on the 60 serving peakO2? I haven't seen any for sale

This was today's preworkout mixed with a scoop of peak o2 for arms (everything done with fat grips)

Incline curls 2x12
Curls 2x10
Incline hammers 2x12
Hammers 2x10
Bench dips 4x30
TRX curls 3x15
Dips to failure x3
Supinate tricep ext 3x15
Tricep extensions 3x15
Cross body curls 4x10

Using the fat grips on the bicep stuff I'm usually using 25lb but I got a hell of a pump. Also ran a mile and a half at 8 min pace. For not being a runner my endurance is crazy good!

For bcaa blood orange is the top of my list, familiar orange taste with a unique twist. I've always loved blood orange stuff! Some of my other favorite are Xtend mango and cellucor lemon lime in 24 oz of water

Yesterday I ran 2 miles fasted with Xtend perform(17:30, slow enough that I could watch and keep up with sports center) and then I did 10 min of incline walk to waste a little time. Then I did legs and back. It was literally just a bunch of bent rows, deadlifts, power cleans, and front squats with 155. Finished with 3 sets to failure on pull ups. Had to hit all of those because I got this done yesterday Invalid Link Removed

Happy New Years y'all! I'm sippin on some Xtend perform before I head out for some fasted cardio with the pup

How was your recovery and endurnace training after running? That would be great feedback and how it alters from just going into the gym and trianing with 0 cardio before.

Did you find your performance up to par? Better? Worse? Did you find xtend helping in any way

Tattoo is BADASS

Thanks man!

Performance is above par. Recoveries from my runs I'd say are better than my recovery from the gym. Ran an 8 min mile with the pup and then a 6:50 by myself. Peak O2 is now a staple for me. With these new flavors I might not be getting more Xtend perform after I go through the 2 tubs I have now. Blood orange is THAT GOOD. Top tasting amino supplement for me and in my top the flavored supplements. I'm a huge fan of the animal red velvet sample you sent me. I'll be on my social media promoting the hell out of this stuff as it has greatly helped me. I've got some huge fitness goals for 2017

This is FANTASTIC FEEDBACK.
Love the kind words and honesty man!

First day of 2017
Sprint intervals until I hit a mile
(Fasted with bloodshr3d and peak O2)

Then I had some tr1umph and mixed a scoop of mango prolific and mango Xtend perform. Pretty damn tasty i must say. Good combo of focus, energy, pump, and endurance.

Hit arms, got a pretty sweet pump. I'll start going in to detail a little more on my workouts

2017 fitness goals
Compete (and set state records) in powerlifting at 165
Physique show in June
And finally a half marathon sometime at the end of the year

They're pretty lofty so I'll need all the recovery and endurance I can get

No doubt about the feedback.
When you type up a workout let us know what you experience from workout to workout or week to week for your sets, reps, tempo, and of course your runs/cardio.

Also let us know where you see the perform and Peak02 shine best.. More cardio based or more training based. I have seen it go both ways for sporting events, endurance events, or even weightlifting being the most superior.

5am
20 min stair stepper
10 min interval on bike
Bloodshred and peak O2 pre

After a meal and some time I hit legs
Barbell over head lungesx 12 for 8 sets
Each time I superset it with sldl or front squats

Leg ext and curls superset with weighted wall sits for 5 sets

For both activities endurance was high and during my lift rest was minimal.

Ended up having some extra time just now so I did calves to round it off

anyway you can expand on the details for your feedback.
What you noted from last session to this session.
On a day to day basis are you noticing changes in DOMS, recovery, sleep etc?
What are you noticing on a weekly basis in changes to training and cardio?

That will be key for us as a company to dictate how peak 02 , scivation xtend perform works on customers and what they experience during their sessions.

Man your a glutton for punishment. cardio then legs later WoW!

DOMs and recover are slightly better, my sleep is pretty good right now but it's rarely a problem for me. Legs is a little different right now because I'm avoiding back squats to give my tattoo some time to heal haha

Recovery from my runs/cardio is out of this world. Might have sore calves after a 2+ mile run but that's it. My heart rate is lower (when I actually measure it). Cardio in general just feels easier. Also my rest between sets is very minimal < 1min

The Bold = Perfect 1Fast400 loves to see that feedback.

Well I felt like absolute trash this morning but worked out anyways here's what I got in the AM

Rows superset with deadlifts 6x10 (185)
And then I hit a set of pull ups to failure after each of those sets

Pull downs 3x20
At that point I just couldn't get into it and then left

Came back just now
Deadlifts 7x5 holding for 3 seconds at the top (315)

Farmers carry w/ 50lb kb until my arms started to tingle x5
Superset with pull-ups and jump rope to failure

A few various on cable rows, superset with reverse hypers
Then finished with 20 min on the stair stepper and 10 on a stationary bike

Endurance during my first lift was just pitiful but I attribute that to my lack of sleep last night. However, my second workout I was able to really get after it. Went straight into every lift and superset. Cardio is getting easier and easier. Feel less winded or can go faster

Admittedly, today was a little of a rough day in the gym though. Should have some Xtend waiting at home that I'll probably sip on with dinner for taste testing purposes

Look forward to the feedback man!

Yesterday I finally did back squats since getting my tattoo. Worked up to 425 for 2x2 which I was pretty happy with because my knee was pretty swollen and tight. Something like that happens about once ever 3 months to me and goes away within a couple days as long as I stay on top of taking my fish oil. I did go for a run this morning. About .8 of a mile at a snail pace. 18 degrees with a windchill of 9 was just too much for me haha but I guess it builds character! I have ZERO soreness or fatigue in my legs which is a considerable surprise since I haven't done back squats in about 3 weeks

This is excellent
Great work bud.

Casually jogged just over a mile this morning to get going but likely won't exercise as I'll probably get home around 6 and have a few things to get done. As a little of an update so y'all know what I'm working with I'm 5'7 sitting at 175 and gonna cut down to 165 for my next powerlifting meetInvalid Link Removed
I'd guess around 13-14% bf

My knee is already feeling better and less inflamed, I knew it was just a little tweak

Monday I ran 3 miles (planned on running 4 but the treadmill shut off at 24 minutes, that's why I usually run outside) then hit bis/tris mostly chasing a pump

Yesterday was legs

Squats: 225x15, 275x2, 315x8, 365x2, 405x2, 425x2, 455x1

Leg press: started with just the sled and added a plate to each side until I got to 5 plates doing 20 slow/very controlled reps each set and super setting calf raises

Leg extensions to failure x3
Leg curls x20x3

Each of the last 2 were superset with hanging leg raises or weighted decline crunches

It was a bit of a short leg day for me because I just couldn't get my mind into too well but was still pretty strong so I'm pleased, I was up a little late watching the game on Monday . Legs were a little fatigued from Monday's run but this morning everything feels great! No soreness or fatigue. Since I've been pushing the fasted cardio/cardio in general I actually kinda like it now (wtf?!?). Not being an endurance athlete, and never having been, peakO2 I'd say has really just accelerated my endurance increase. Obviously it's alongside normal adaptations to training but I can't imagine it increasing this fast. Workout recovery is pretty phenomenal. My nutrition is pretty good but I'd say the Xtend while training or doing fasted cardio has helped to keep me going strong

Told ya I would make you a believer :)

Revamping this thread with my cutting stack leading up to my next power lifting comp.weighing 175 right now and competing at 165 in 6 weeks!
Current Max's:
Squat: 455
DL: 500
Bench: not too sure, having some serious shoulder issues

Looking to hit a total above 1200 @165 competing in raw classic. Will set a few state records for sure

I'll try to go over all my powders dosing

Upon waking:
2 scoops bloodshred
1 cap super shred
1 scoop peak 02
Then I usually run or walk my dog for about 30-40 minutes

Then I eat and have a client

30 minutes pre
6g citrulline
1.5g agmatine
1 scoop triumph
1 scoop peak 02

Sometimes I train fasted and in that case I add a scoop of Xtend perform and 5g bcaa to triumph

so you use up to 6g of peak02 a day? or do you drop that out of this?

30 minutes pre
6g citrulline
1.5g agmatine
1 scoop triumph
1 scoop peak 02

I know 1Fast400 has used upward to over 4g and saw no additional benefits. But he does have some further research coming out in the future on 2g doses, and doses above 6g. Will be good to see what the research has to say.

Peak02 appears to be about total dose. We looked at 28g over 7 days, then same amount over 14 days and 28 days. Results were similar in the 14 day group, a little less in 28. It does not appear from a performance stand point there is benefit in mega dosing over 7 days (no idea what happens further) compared to a 4g dose. Me personally, I take a ton of it, but for immune benefits given all the travel I have. Most people, I'd suggest a min of 2, probably no more than 4 per day. One of my absolute favorite supplements. No sides, non gmo, gluten free, stim free, organic and provides REAL results. How often does that happen in this space?

If I take a scoop of Xtend perform I drop one of my peak02 doses. I've been 4g a day for probably close to 4 months and it's the best supplement I've ever bough

Alright yesterday was heavy squats and deadlifts and that's all

Squats: warm up
315x8
365x6
405x2
425x2
445x1
445x1

Deadlifts warm up
365x6
405x5
455x3
475x1
495x1
495x1

Was planning on hitting more legs after that but my quad started cramping up so I called it quits. Going to bro it out with arms today

Arms yesterday

Preacher hammer curls
Curl touches
Preacher curls
Hammer curls
Cable curls
OH tricep extension
Cable kickbacks
Dips
Bench dips
Cable skull crushers
Supinate tricep extensions

TBH my shoulder is still bothering me and radiating down my bicep so it was slow and a little crappy. Looks like I'll be taking another week off shoulders and chest

Just finished 30 min fasted cardio (20 min stair stepper and 10 on stationary bike) going to hit back in about 2 hours after I get a meal in

High volume legs today, fasted
I took a scoop of perform FP and regular strawberry mango for 14g bcaa intra and to finish off my 4g of peak02 and damn was it delicious. Another good combo is blood orange and mango!
Anyways
OH squats, reverse lunges, good morning, squats, calf raises 4x12 with just the bar. One straight into another
Ss with 1 min jump rope

Leg curls 4x6 (each leg) at 100 lbs
Ss with 1 min jump rope

Extensions @200 to failure
Ss 1 min jump rope

Leg press straight into calf raises
Ss with 1 minute jump rope

Box jumps 5x6
Ss with 1 min jump rope

Being fasted I'd say the peak02 and Xtend definitely contributed to me endurance! Here's a transformation pic of the last 4 months

Yesterday was legs (focus on squats)
Warm up
225x8
275x6
315x6
365x1
365+ chains (53lbs)x 3
385+ chains x3
425x1
And had to bail on 465

Extensions
Curls
Various abs exercises

All in all was a decent workout but I was wasted up to that last squat, but usually I think I could get it. Took off yesterday for cardio but about to do it here today. Taking radiate instead of bloodshr3d
