Koltink APS Mesomorph log

Sorry I've missed the past few days, between baseball, work, and finals life has been crazy

Back

Dead lift
10x135
10x225
6x315
4x415
4x465
1x505

Pull ups
3x12

Seated rows
2x15

Bent over rows
3x12
I only used 30 lb Dumbbells to really get a good contraction

Reverse hypers
2x20

All in all a pretty killer workout, I wanted to go a little bit higher reps on the heavier deads but was a little gassed

A 500+ DL will gas anyone. Good job!

Are you using straps with your thumb or are you able to do all of this despite the sprain?

No straps actually, grip strength is coming up fast. I tried with straps but I just can't do it for some reason.

I'm sure a tolerance could be built up but that's pretty much with every single stim, just a matter of time. I'm about 3 weeks or so in and haven't noticed any changes in stim tolerance or effect. At the end of the log I'll touch on this again

Will be interested to see what you think at the end of the review. Keep us posted!

You have a strong deadlift, especially with the sprained thumb.

Thanks! I've really been working on my deadlift lately was only at 425 a year ago due mostly to poor form and grip strength

Alright yesterday was legs

Squats
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Calf raises
Leg press
Kb swings
Lateral lunges
And then I hit abs

Sorry I have no weights or numbers but I can tell you it was a great workout. Normally I either write down what I did or type it up shortly after but this wasn't the case this time. Focus was through the roof though

Haste the Day is AWESOME!!!!! Good choice in jams my friend

Chest
Close grip dumbbell incline 4x12
(Varying angles)

Seated shoulder press 2x15

Dumbbell incline flies 2x10

Lateral raises 3x15

Bench press 4x6 pause reps

Bent reverse flies 4x8

Short workout but I had to make it quick because I was going to be late for dinner....and I'm anything but late for dinner. Pump and focus continue to be great. To be completely honest I thought the pump on this product would disappoint due to ingredient profile but I've been extremely impressed, and I'm thinking the culprit is the creatine nitrate because I've responded well to all other nitrates

Invalid Link Removed letlive. Used to be my favorite band but for some reason I haven't listened to them in a while, but they're always great!

Back/bis/tris

Lat pulls 3x12
1x6

Hammer curls 35 lbs 4x8

Tricep kickbacks 3x15

Lawnmower pulls 75lbs 3x10

Dips 2 sets to failure

Hammer curls on a machine 2 sets to failure

Pull ups to failure

Little bit of a short workout but I had 2 finals and was just a little swamped. I did have energy and focus to burn even after which was great for studying

Chest/back
Incline 4x10 185 lbs

Pull-ups 4xfailure

Pec deck 3x8 superset push ups to failure

Reverse grip wide lat pulls 3x10, 1x6

Reverse grip incline push ups 2x failure

Close neutral grip lay pulls 4x10, 1x6

Chest press 3x20

Bent rows 3x failure

Great pump, as expected with that kind of volume but man the focus was absolutely intense! I also finished with 200 strokes on the row machine as fast as I could

Legs

Back squat 3x6 315
1x5 365

Front squat
3x8 225

Overhead squat
2x6 115

Hip thrusts
3x15

Calf raises- a lot

And then various ab exercises

The dmaa helped me so much as I got up at 3:30 to start things of, I needed the stim. I think I have just 2-3 scoops left so a final impression is coming soon

Looking forward to your review! I always dread the last few scoops

Bis/tris/shoulders/traps

Curl touches on a 45 bench

Tricep kickbacks

OHP

Hammer curls on 45 incline bench

Jm press

Bent over reverse flies

Standing hammers

Overhead tricep extensions

Lateral raises

Standing rows

Underhand tricep extensions

Wide grip curls superset with reverse curls

Reverse flies on pec deck

Tricep extensions

Lots of volume so the pump was pretty intense and for some reason I've been tired all week so the stim portion has really been benefiting me

Sorry it's been a minute but I wanted to go out with a bang.
Legs
Squats
12x225
12x275
10x315
6x365

Front squats
2x6x225
2x12x135

Hip thrusts
3x12

Overhead squats
8x95
3x135

BW lunges
400 m

Pretty intense leg day, focus was huge and the pump was crazy! Full review to come soon!

APS mesomorph: rocket pop

Taste 3.5/5 : this is the least important category to me but the flavor was very good. It's pretty sweet so I usually used close to 20 oz of water

Pump 3.5/5 :
I honestly thought the pump would be the disappointing part of the product but not at all! (Nothing disappointed) between however much citruline and the creatine nitrate the pump was surprising impressive!

Energy/focus 5/5:
With a pretty good blend of stims I knew it'd have a pretty strong kick but man the dmaa is just like icing on a cake

Overall 4/5
That's a conservative rating but I would put this in my top 3 pres ive had in the past couple years
