So this isn't really about anabolics, but it definitely helps on cycle. Figured I might as well share since it has worked wonders for me. I occasionally see threads about joint pain on 'dry' compounds, and I've experienced this with winni, epi, and halo. Every time I run something that kills my joints I pump a ton of fish oil and joint supps. I always had some sort of lingering pain in the elbows, shoulders, or wrists. I had heard about people drinking knox gelatin packets to alleviate joint pain and thought I might as well give it a shot. Within two days the pain was almost gone. I take fish oil and joint supps year round because of some injuries, but the knox made the biggest difference.
If you don't know, Knox is plain, unflavored gelatin. It costs around $7 for 32 packets. I drink two packets, three times a day between meals. I simply dissolve it in water. It's a little unpleasant to drink, but it works. And it has to be taken raw, when it is cooked to make desserts such as jello, the cartilage it is made from breaks down. Also, the stuff is almost purely protein. 8 grams a packet.
Anyway, for those of you running epi and such, this is worth a try. I love it. It's cheap, effective, and if nothing else easy protein.
