knowing you’ll lose something, do you change your sets or reps during PCT?

I was thinking of lowering my weights to something that I can get 12 reps out of hoping to be able to keep 8-10 reps as I lose a little from not being on cycle

Don't lower intensity. Whatever you did on-cycle, is basically what you should be doing off. The basic "rules" or conditions for hypertrophy don't change, just the rate (very simply put).

exactly this. if possible you should try to increase intensity and fight like fcuk to keep that new mass.

if you eat enough you should be ok (scale weight will drop, normally from water and some muscle glycogen)
