knots???????

i hit my right glute the other day and now it seems i have a less than golf ball size knot in there, aboutt the size of a shooter marble.

i have been rubbing it with hot water, and it doesnt seem like it is going down.
any body ever got those.

Try going with the ventrogluteal site. I hear people have better results (and less knots!). Do a search for it here...

a few days, 2 maybe,
i cant really inject too fast with 25g pins,

I have a problem with not being able to push it in at all.
hmm i hope it goes away,
keep wondering why in the hell i do this to myself anyway.

Oh, are you giving warm water baths to the solution before administration? that should lower the viscosity and make it a bit easier to push through the pin.
