Deadlift 225x3, 245x3, 275x10x3 reps
Assisted Pull-ups 3 reps x 10 sets.

Better workout than I thought. 45 seconds rest. Didn’t do it exactly but should start next week with correct lifts.

Gonna go and put up my final review in the next couple of days.

Basically loved it first month. 2nd month is hard to tell as I was more stressed out, worked out less and diet went cappoey.

10 sets of 3 on each. 45lb KB.

100 Push-ups

The KB wall squats was off a video I saw. I face the wall. And my nose stays on the wall. Knees stop when they hit the wall Basically working on form. 5 seconds down and 1 second hold. Harder than it sounds or I am more of a b1tch than I think!
 
Always have good experience with Muscle Sculptor.
I'm about to use for my cut cycle but can anyone tell me how much phenylethylamine is in it? Can't find a break down of the blend anywhere. Reason I ask is cause I'm currently taking a pea supplement.

Not sure but it’s after caffeine which means it’s probably less than 400mg. So an estimation would be ~300mg
