Sorry about the thread title, but i'm deciding what to do at this point, i orderd from a non-board sponser Bulk *ut*i*n. Anyways i ordered Mass Tabs and Mega Zol(i blanked out the name due to policy's with AM). Anyways two day's later my package arrives, and inside is Mega Zol and Phera-Max (which is cheaper.) So i make a nice post on there forum requesting my order to be fixed. A whole week passes by and 36 views later. No respone, so i finally called there office number and they are sending me a package to send back the Phera-max and they promised to ship the MASS tabs and soon as the phera-max returns.


I'm very conserned that they will just keep the Phera-Max and send me nothing. What should i do, ever since they had a change in management the place has fallen pretty far.

Should i just keep my phera-max and never order from them again? Or should i go on blind faith and send it back?
 
Used to order there a lot before I found this site, Nutra basically owns them now in terms of customer service and pricing.
 
They have changed management so I guess its going to take them time before they get all the bugs out.
 
I would say that's bad customer service..."we send you the wrong product, you can have the right one when we get yours back." I would say definitely reflective of the new management, because I had the same thing happen at bulk before 3 years ago or so and they sent me a new product out immediately and let me return the mistake at my convenience with a voucher for the charge. Nutraplanet for me from now on :bow28:
 
Yeah, way back when, Mike would do anything to keep customers happy. He would give me free stuff any time an order was messed up (which wasnt often at all)
 
i can tell i've been out the loop for a good bit. Mike doesn't own BN anymore?? When did this happen? I buy from there (and also from board sponsors...just put in an order at nutraplanet about 30 min ago)

He sold it over the summer I believe, saying that it was too much stress. He is still helping out for awhile with the bulk powders and stuff I believe. Basically, when he first sold it they experienced some difficulties in the transition, but judging by the first post we can't expect the same service that he used to give. Luckily for the enlightened folks on this board, we have the board sponsors now :study:
