Kind of an abscess

Hi,

24 hours ago I took a 2cc injection ( 250 deca + 250 test e) in my glutes. There seems to be a kind of a hard swelling around 4 inches away from the injection site. Followed all the rules for making sure the injection procedure was sterile. The muscle in which it was injected is paining as usual, but this was the first time injecting 2 ccs in it. The pain usually goes away after a couple of days. But never I had a swelling or abscess.
Any pointers?

Update :
I applied heat pad at night on the site of lump. Now it seems to be much milder, and the oil kind of looks like its traveling. The skin is a bit red and itchy, but its
quite less than yesterday. I think this was a shallow injection or something.
But what is confusing about this is the lump is 4 inches away from the injection site.
The pain in the muscle has lessened to quite an extent. Now its just sore.

Just pissed off the muscle in my opinion,I did that 3 weeks ago.Give it a week if it gets worse go to a doctor,but should be fine imo
