yesterday we found out i gained 10.5 pounds so far, lets see how much of that is muscles

Day 31

did my first cardio session on h-drol, due to initial setbacks of my knee injury and then that nasty cold.

50 minutes of joy bicycling, thats it. feel out of shape, but i havent really done cardio much the past 3 months.

no reported sides with taking USP Labs OEP, however i never should have had that cafe americano at starbucks yesterday. felt light headed the rest of the day but im great today.
 
Day 31

did my first cardio session on h-drol, due to initial setbacks of my knee injury and then that nasty cold.

Cafe americano huh? personally i got for the "red eye" whenever I have the extra cash and time to enjoy some over priced coffee, haha. Its two shots espresso toped off with the coffee of the day.

please note, i took my arm measurment this morning after 2 days away from weighlifting. you may not be shocked but i am.

those 2 days off probably gave your body the rest time to get GROWING, awesome gains. Our arms are about the same my right is 16" and left 15.8" I dont know why my left lags so much, could be do to the right hand dominace of my sport. But its finally catching up, but I feel I can't get them to grow anymore! and you got just over a half inch in a month. Thats good work right there.

my left arm has always been smaller than my right. i just measured it at 15.2 so there is a greater than 1/2 difference between the two arms. for some reason though the peek and cuts in my left bicep is far greater, but my right does look like it has more mass. the left looks more impressive cause of its peak.

before my 2 year long cut my arms were about the same size now, my goal was to get the muscle back and its there. only weird thing is i have the same muscle mass but the strength never really kicked in with h-drol yet (it has a little today). weird to gain so much mass without the strength that im used to that comes with it. i hit 17" naturally with no supplements when i was 21 years old on a crappy diet, but that was 11 years ago.

hdrol has so far been very impressive in mass!
 
need to get motivation here, ill have to start posting THE...........

Any updates? Have you started your PCT yet?

thanks for asking, i havent posted because my progress has halted. after careful thinking yesterday i decided to go out 1 week early for a total of a 5 week cycle. i thought since i wasnt making any more progress to simply go out now while im side free, which may help me keep the gains in the long run.

so yes, today is day 1 pct, i was going to the gym tomorrow for a weigh in and planning and posting final results and summary tomorrow should everything go well.

Day 42 day 6 of PCT
didnt write my review yet, but the log continues through pct.

im reporting that 6 whole days on pct, and ive have my best strength workouts yet. i wasnt really feeling it until the final week of hdrol, and now im really feeling the results. nothing specific to report, but all the weights feel lighter and ive been able to up in weight in all movements. this is a real good thing,
 
Day 51, Day 15 of PCT

Feeling good, feel like my stomach leaned out in the mirror since PCT started. Lost some weight quick but feel strong and i dont think i loss my muscle mass yet. Libido still a bit low since the last 2 weeks of PCT, but not totally terrible.

getting warm out, im building up my cardio, some power walking here and there, bike riding, and running sprints, but only few times a week all in all. trying to lean out but im not doing a cutting diet yet. trying to save my muscle gains, at the same time not fall behind on fat weight this time of year.

PCT is working out VERY well, even though i cut cals a little and added some cardio

Libido going UP, testes getting bigger, had my stongest leg workout 2 days ago, and i just measured my arms this morning after 1 total day off yesterday and they are bigger!!!!
