Tis true, run with the big dog and see what he's all about. There are more than a lot of guys on stupid amounts of gear with shyt physiques/numbers. Just don't listen to him if he tells you not to foam roll. Brian Carroll worked me with that too good to be true promise once already.
 
Hard to tell if it will be good or not unless you got to see the session. He may be a really smart lifter and knows to account for individual differences, or he may just be...and I don't even like this term, a full blown meathead who is genetically gifted and does roids. Cool stuff about the job. Hopefully you go somewhere cool.

He kind of sketched me out when he went on a rant about how sumo isn't anyone's strongest position, and how he told some kids to look up on their squat and it instantly added 90# to their squat. Lol

Sh1t like that is cause for concern. But I did see him bench 495 with a 5" pause for 5 and hit 685 from a 10" deficit (dumb) for 4.

We'll see. Hell, the "team" may never come to fruition.

Been thinking about it. Just dont know if id want to update it every workout lol. If i make one i want to be able to make it useful for all involved so i just want to make sure i want to commit to keeping up to date with the log.

So, my gym had these delicious "protein" brownies they've been buying from some shop near Dayton. Well, they were literally the best brownies I've had and people were questioning the validity of the ingredients. They got them tested and these fückers have been selling regular boxed brownies to my gym as protein brownies.

Where's the integrity in this industry? Jesus A, you can't trust anyone. So, my macros have been off because some dickhead wanted to make a few bucks.

Hmm, I doubt it's the same place because it's a local shop. It's named simply delicious or something similar. I guess brownie spiking is common. Lol.

Fantastic day. I think eating a lot yesterday helped me tremendously for today. Sunday's are my off day, but I'm going to eat my damn carbs despite what the book says.

Also, I feel like I'm juggling 20 different things in my life right now. It's really hard for me to keep track of everything. I'm making big career moves here soon. Time to streamline this stuff and get to the money.

It's thin and has no knurling. Our owner bought a good one directly from Louie and some fûcker stole it Brandon Lilly style.

Thanks, guys. I sound like a spoiled brat. My gym has everything I could ever want; if I have to move, I'm going to miss this gym.

I don't think there's a gym in the world I would rather train at.

At first, I was missing my groove and then I noticed my leg drive wasn't on per usual.

Turned it around towards the end, so not too bad of a day. Just nothing fantastic.

Good day, a lot of volume. I decided to take a week off of heavy deadlifts being that I've been pulling heavy every week for a few months now.

Man, I didn't even feel taxed on the squats until the last two sets. Then the jello legs came on strong.

With the leg press, we have these stoppers we can put up and they have a little bounce to them so it does help out a bit.

Squats are feeling better than ever right now, though. I'm not up with you big boys yet, but I'm not completely dissatisfied with them anymore.
 
Your squats are nothing to be ashamed of for sure. I wish I could multi-rep-set 375.

Today is one of the proudest days of my life. I was just offered a great position at a fortune 100 company.

I've worked so hard for everything I have. The feeling is incredible.

Pretty solid day. My government job ended Friday, and I don't start my new job for another week or so. I have way too much time on my hands now, lol.

Considering switching up my training. Not permanently, but just to try something new. I've been doing conjugate for nearly 2 years straight now.
