This whole session was something I haven't experienced in a while. I put myself on my ass at least 3 times. My body is still shaking and I can't see straight. I like it.

I had to miss my first scheduled workout in 2 years Wednesday, today I definitely didn't have it. 4 hours sleep combined in 2 days might have contributed.

Bench: 225 (AMAP)- 15
I remembered I said I would do that BW challenge thing. A little delayed but i got it in. I paused the first 5 out of muscle memory than started TnG.

Lilly pause:
225x 3x2 5'x3
225x1 12'

Standing DB press:
45x12x2
50x2

Seated row (rest pause: 18/12/10

Band pull apart:
X50
Closer grip X 25x3

Tate press:15x3- 35' s

Concentration curl: 15x3-20 no rest BB style

A little disappointed about today, but I still feel my bench is better. Been a crazy week, lost someone important, exams/no sleep. Now, I finally have a little free time to formulate my master plan.

Hint: it might include test and an upcoming meet.
 
Sorry to hear about your loss, bud. How many didja get with 225? Also, it turns out I'll be staying just off campus on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Definitely having beers after the meet. That's been established since about October 1st lol.

Wasn't sure about going out, but I've driven through campus and I think I'd like to see what OSU sloots are all about. Driving through, I swear to God I saw a hot-ass redhead and then three blocks later I saw her hot-ass twin sister. Not to mention the countless other coeds I saw.

I mean, I've been to a college house party with a hundred people in a single basement before, but I wouldn't mind seeing what a school five times the size of my last school is like.

Dude it's crazy. I don't know if it still is, but In the last 5 years it had the top student population in the US.

I don't really go to house parties anymore. The bars is where all the grade a sloots are. The thing Is finals week is this week for them, so a lot will be navigating back home until after New Years. But that still leaves more sloots than you can handle, lol.

Went pretty solid. My legs have had the worse DOM's since me and you lifted. I might have figured a way to get some more leg drive in my deadlift, so that's a good thing.

That's good. You were all hip and back on your squat before. Obviously, with enough hip and back to pull 525, that could work for you. But the goal is to move as much weight as possible, and getting the most muscle involved is the way to do it.
 
Christ. Typical Ohio sports teams. We always get the tip in, but can never get balls deep in that championship glory.

Alright, so this concludes my first westside run. I really enjoyed the program and I'm def stronger than before.

I'm going to take some time, doing my own thing, while I formulate my plan. I'm not dead set on what program I want to run. It seems like I have been over thinking every move I make. Going forward I'm going to say phuck it and train like a animal. Not to say I won't train smart, but phuck this over analyzation.

Whatever program I decide to run will head me into my first meet. I'm nearly positive I'm going to be running some test e heading into it. If everything goes as planned.

I'm also going to be adjusting my diet. I've downplayed the importance of well balanced meals. Time to lock it in. I'm wanting to lose some BF as well, which shouldn't be a problem on test and proper diet protocols.

That's a got damn novel, but I needed to get it out there, lol.

I've been running westside the last 3 months, lol. I'm borderline sick of McDoubles already. I need to spice up my food life.

Week 11: Deload

Bench: 275x1x3

Wasn't "supposed" to go this heavy, but I gave the feet under hips thing a shot and I'm not going to lie, it felt good. I was throwing 275 up like it was 225.

The only issue I have is about 2-3 inches off my chest, once I get past that, the bar explodes up.

Lilly pause: 225x1x2 (10 sec)

Felt so easy. My Lilly pauses have gotten considerably better.

DB side lateral: 15x3- 30's

Banded tricep extension: 20x3- bar+2 onyx bands

Pendlay row:
135x8
165x8x3

First time doing these in a few weeks. Just looking for strict reps. I like my back health.

Face pull SS pull aparts: 20/20x3- 100/onyx

Straight bar curl:
8x3 (sloow)- 70
15x1-40

Banded palloff press: 12x3- average band

Plank: 2 min 20 sec

Solid ass workout, I was in the zone. Got some plans for these next few weeks. In the process of ironing out the deetz.
 
For that trouble off the chest, I really love pin presses. They'll give you the pop off the chest now that you have the stability from the Lilly pauses. Good sesh, way to fine tune!
