So I did this routine yesterday and it was brutal and magical all at once. It's part of a program coming out that hasn't been released yet. There are four workouts per week following this template for phase 1. The sheer agony and subsequent feeling of accomplishment following it was incredible! I typically do standard body building routines... This has opened my eyes to a whole new world. I am wary though of lack of stimulation for growth/hope I don't lose any size following this. But with diet on point it shouldn't be an issue im assuming... Great change of pace routine.
I put my rep count so u could see. You're supposed to fail your first day... If u don't, it's too light. Stop sets at mechanical failure.. Focus on keeping rigid body tension during all sets. It was horrible! But I'm sick and loved it!
3 rounds of 15 reps (30 seconds work to rest)
30 seconds between exercises
1 minute between rounds
Increase weight when you get 15 reps for all 3 rounds
Monday
1. kb deadlift (20kg) 15, 15, 15
2. Standing BB press (75 lbs) 15, 10, 10
3. Goblet squat (15 lbs) 15, 15, 15
4. BB row (75lbs) 15, 10, 10
5. DB thruster (25lb each arm) 15, 12, 10
6. Wide pull-ups (bodyweight) 15, 8, 9
7. Back squat (95lbs) 15, 15, 12
8. push-ups (bodyweight) 15, 15, 15
9. Sled push (140 lbs x 60 yards) got it all
10. Underhand Bodyweight row 15, 12, 9
