I always think it’s great when kids grow up in a house where exercise is the norm rather than the exception is so beneficial in setting them up for the rest of theirs lives

Exactly. I love in a rinky dink small town, which I love, but health fitness and exercise are laughed upon. If it ain't deep-fried or smothered in butter or sugar then "it ain't good" lol.
