Kicking up Sesathin

Just try not take it with you pre workout out meal or your post workout meal.

I also like to use double dose sesathin. Works great for the endo's :burger:

Why do you say not to take it with the post workout meal? I train in the early morning and have a post workout shake emediately following the workout. About an hour later I usually have a food meal and take my first Sesathin along with other dailys right afterwards. I then take one after my lunch meal and dinner meal. (not after my in between meals/shakes)

Yeah I train mid-afternoon. So doubling the dose (4 sesathin) would be 8?

But like I said, though, it was just the first ridiculous thought that came to mind so that's the one I gave him. ;)

He did ask for thoughts, after all!
