It may have been addressed in your other log, but when you were repping more on the 165 squats were you doing as much before getting to the squats and as warmups?
 
Good morning! I hope to catch up on all of your logs today! I have 3 cake orders and a cookie order so after a crazy work day, I was busy baking all last night! My hubby told me I wasn't going to be allowed in the kitchen anymore- I'm too messy! ROFL

Workout was great this morning! I'm feeling stronger! Maybe I'm gaining more muscle to start off my cut! :D

Yesterday was the most I've repped on the 165 but when I've gone heavier- no, I had started with squats or maybe a little ham work.
 
Happy Thursday! I decided to rest yesterday and not do cardio as planned. I have been run down with the cakes and all. Not getting to bed until 11:45 on Tuesday night and then after 12 last night. Today was a lift day so I was up by 4:30...wasn't too tired at first but quickly lost steam towards the latter part of my workout.

Good morning everyone! Back to the gym this morning! I always love Mondays just for that reason. I took a 4 hr nap yesterday afternoon and still slept just fine last night! Thanks guys! It's pretty intense...sometimes I get several reps before taking a few seconds and sometimes it's just a couple but it burns like fire and fries the muscles! Haha

**i don't know if it was from doing walking lunges yesterday or what but it didn't take long for my hams to start giving out...they were cramped up after the 50 reps! Had to sit in my car for a few mins before I drove away.

Good morning! Yesterday was a cardio only day! Did 30 mins of Tabata sprints on the treadmill. 20/10 @8-8.5. Then 3 sets of pull ups wide/neutral 8-10 reps each. Today was push day #2 for the week. Totally zoned out several times. Lol (in a good way) I switched my music up from mostly Skillet to a mixture of Hard Rock. Love it! I skip some of the songs due to the language but otherwise it's perfect for the intensity I keep during training!

Good morning! It's Friday, which means it's the beginning of my weekend! Yay!!! I have my yearly scan on my thyroid today at 12 to make sure the nodules haven't grown too much. Basically watching for signs of thyroid cancer. With Hashimoto's the gland itself gets inflamed along with nodules as well many times. They did a biopsy about 2 years ago and it came back negative so I'm sure all is well. :)

Workout this morning was quite intense but that's pretty true every day! Lol I try to give all I've got! Not sure if it's acid reflux or what but I thought I was gonna barf a few times while wearing my belt! Haha you'll notice in my video that I stopped a second - that's why- it almost came out! Lol

Good morning! Was running a bit behind this morning so workout got cut short. I will finish it at lunch though. I did incorporate jump rope between sets to keep HR up and get in a little cardio. I had a nice sweat going too! Really felt great this morning!! I am loving the strength--just ready to start loosing! Not sure why my body likes to react opposite to how it's supposed to act when I cut calories.

Hey kat, how long do you jump rope during the superset?

I don't time it but about 45 seconds. Makes the "rest" and weight change right at a min.
