Got my cardio in at lunch. I was able to get another 45 mins today!! I am too sore for Tabata so I did the stairs again. Those suckers leave me drenched every time! Sipped a little stimul8 too! It really tastes so good and always gives great energy!

Slowly but surely the stomach is getting flatter

Back was still really sore from deads and my deep tissue massage so squats were kept light today--although they felt like they weighed a ton! Squats seem to be one of my weakest lifts! Ugh!! Everything else felt great though! Finally remembered to put my workout in Jefit too! Maybe one day I'll do it while I'm lifting! Lol

at my gym we get the high schoolers... they do more deads than squats. surprisingly they don't get to heavy... maybe its just off season for them so they don't train as hard..
kat would definitely give them a run for their money !~

No weight training today! Got to sleep in until 6. I got 30 mins of sprints in at lunch yesterday and went into the gym at lunch for cardio today as well.

Sipped some stimul8 on the way to the gym ...just enough to get me going!!

Warmed up with a 5 min light run

Tried to do Tabata but the rooms were taken so I improvised at did 25 mins of Tabata on the treadmill! 20/10 seconds @7.5-7.8 mph I haven't done Tabata like that before! It was killer!! I was dripping! Then did 15 mins slow on the stair climber doing side leg lifts. (20 each side before switching)

Good morning! Gym was put early on but they all started showing up about 5:30...had to improvise a bit to get things done into machine being taken. I really had a great workout!! Got a spot on my incline drop set and was able to hit a rep PR! After that, those muscles were done- kept giving out on me! Haha

I hope you all had a great weekend! We signed the kids up for soccer and took them to get cleats. They're both very excited and nervous since it is their first time playing! We also went to the field to play a while. A nice man stopped and worked with my lil man for a few minutes! It was great especially since I know nothing about soccer. Lol
