kick start VS front load

I am planning another cycle and was wondering wich was more effective in yalls opinion, kickstart with orals or frontloading with injectables? Or is it possible to do both?

from my understanding, frontloading is a waste of gear. id go oral if u want a kickstart

The ester's elimination half-life dictates the speed of serum build-up; front-loading just produces higher concentrations, not quicker concentrations!
