ketotifen question[dose]duration

i'm useing clen and i been on three wks , the third week i took 50mgs of benedryl to clean the recepters and when two more wks are up i wanna use ketotifen to clean my recepters ,can anybody give me a doseage ?thanks

you should only use clen for 2 week cycles

ketotifen 1mg per 100mcg of clen
