I tried search on this, but didn't find what I was looking for...

How do I know when I'm in ketosis?

Yup Ketostix are great, but after time on this type of diet you wont need them, you can almost certainly "feel" it.

My breath turns rancid, my urine smells unique and my concentration drops marginally.

Damn i hated and loved keto at the same time.
 
yep i picked up a pack of ketostix the other day at walmart for like $6. ya just pee on them and they change colors :) to tell you if your in ketosis
