Keto with PH Question

I've been on a pretty strict Keto diet since Nov 1, 2017. So far, I've dropped 12lbs, slimmed down, and have been able to keep my workouts up so I haven't lost strength. I'll be doing new measurements near the end of the month to get specifics on how much fat I've trimmed and such. But, starting Feb 1, I'll be doing a 50 day cycle of 50MG of DMZ daily (2 caps a day), 500 Epiandro and I'll take 50mg DMAA pre-workout. Tudca, exemestane, fish oil, glucosamine chondritin will be taken daily as well. It'll be my first PH cycle with keto. Can I stay on keto or should I change?
 
From personal experience, DMZ really needs carbs to pack on the size. I’m not saying that it won’t work, just that DMZ likes food more than some others. Also, 7 weeks of DMZ is pushing it in my opinion. Others may disagree, but I think 6 weeks is about the longest you’d want to run any methyl, especially at a high-ish dose.

Personally, I’d run dmz at 50 for 6 weeks while introducing carbs slowly, and bump the epiandro to around 1000 for the whole cycle. After that 6 weeks, you could run the epiandro for 2 or 3 more weeks and trim back down the carbs if you wanted. Bring on the DHT!

Side note: DMZ raised my blood pressure quite a bit so I had to cut out my pwo mesomorph and limit my caffiene a little. Everyone reacts differently, so just keep an eye on it
 
Thanks. I mis-spoke due to math. I'll only be running for 6 weeks. When I wrote 50 days, my head said "50/8 = 6ish" but umm, there are only 7 days in a week. LMAO.
 
Haha good deal. I don’t necessarily think the extra week would kill you or anything, but 6 weeks just seems to be the outer limit

You can use any type of diet while on cycle. What it comes down to is if you are consuming more calories than you are burning. If you are in a surplus, you will gain weight now matter low or high carb. Some people feel better on high carb and some people feel fine on low carb. Stick to the diet you enjoy and just make sure you're eating a lot.
 
Have you tried a targeted keto diet(tkd)? Just carbs around your workout window. Play with the numbers a bit, different bodies react different ways, but I can usually get 40g in around my workout window and still be fine.
Also on a bulk a good idea would be refeed days. Research it and calculate out your macros so you don't knock yourself out for a while
