Yes, I found three bottles of OG Alphamine at the local supp shop down the street. It's an old mom and pop shop, and the product is definitely legit and orignal, not some knockoff.

So my questions are:

1 – Would running Alpahmine while following IF and Keto be good to go?
2 – I had picked up two bottles of Pirmeval Labs Epi Andro Max... which would be better for the shred? Epi Andro Max or Alphamine? Or both?

Thanks!

You can run any fat burner with any diet. IF is just an eating schedule and keto is low carb. Neither one will yield better results than a normal diet. Cutting essentially comes down to calories in vs. calories out. I personally do not like keto. There are positives for eating carbs. I would keep protein at 1.5g/ lb, fats at 20% of your daily calories and the rest in carbs.

Here is some info on why carbs are important.

I am also an advocate of carb cycling. I suggest it no matter what one's goal is.

This.
Carbcycling did wonders for me (both for bulk and for cutting), you should look into that, It's much easier to do than keto/if, but i think it will give you good resluts.

Agreed with the info above - Alphamine would be perfectly fine with keto and/or IF. I think there are better strategies for dieting if your goals are to maintain strength/size while cutting, but this is definitely a feasible method.

I would suggest Alphamine over a test booster if your goal is fat loss - the OG Alphamine was an incredible product. What are your current stats (height, weight, estimate BF%) and what are your goals?
