keto diet talk(cheating)

some people do carb refeed on the weekends to benefit from supercompensation. if you are really trying to use keto to cut down fat then just stay with no carb.
 
No carbs during the initial phase of the diet for 2weeks. Afterwards carb refeed 6-7 days. For bulking purposes refeeds every 3-4 days are primarily utilized.
