Keto Carb Up+ Fat question

On a CKD diet, I find it strange to carb up say 500 grams of carbs (seeing that ive never had so many in my life). My question is would it be neccesary to cheat to get all those carbs?

Also, On a keto diet, should you still keep saturated fats to about 20 and the rest be healthy fats or does it not matter?

No need to cheat. It's very easy to get 500g carbs throughout the day, if you think about it. Pasta, rice, beans, bread, the choices are there. In terms of saturated fats, I'd definitely keep them to <20g and the rest of the fats should come from EFA's, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats

Oh I see!
THe foods you mentioned though such as pasta and rice are cheating to me so therefore you can cheat lol.
