Sometimes the short and sweet workouts yield the best results

Haven't noticed much change or difference in appetite. I think recovery is starting to kick in. Wasn't too sore this morning after hitting chest hard yesterday.

never noticed an increased appetite with PF3 but definitely noticed the recovery aspect pretty quickly, which seems to be the main thing that everyone is reporting that's used it/is using it currently

Recovery is the word here. Between my normal workouts and some heavy duty home remodeling and repairs (lightening strike), i have been very physically stressed. Soreness and DOMS is noticeably decreased. Leaning still occurring but weight is holding steady.

Chest
Machine Bench Press
205x6x3

Machine Decline Press

Machine Incline Press

Looking leaner and leaner with the same scale weight? sounds like some gainz to me ;)

glad that your recovery has been stellar with PF3, definitely seems to be one of the trademark reports from end users

Trying to adjust to a new feeding schedule since school started back up. Definitely not eating as much in the morning as I'm used to, but can't say that's from the PF3.

PF3 continues to provide great recovery and DOMS reduction. No soreness from my chest workout the other day. Today was Squat day! Increased load volume. Let's see the recovery!

225x3

21 Days in and still on the first tub of PF3. Dosing this at 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post workout. No other supplement proteins. Feeling good on this PF3. Stomach bloating is way reduced. Leaning is still occurring with weight holding.

Bent Over DB Side Raises
30x8x3

Machine Shoulder Press
95x10
105x7

Age sucks! Going to have to give in and drop the weight but increase volume for a while.

Nothing wrong with higher volume. Do you deload?

Interesting, I read about deloads but haven't practiced these myself because my workouts are only an hour and usually are based on a seven day split. I figure that deloads aren't necessary with this type of program.

I've noticed the same with the stomach bloat, never knew whey made me as bloated as it did

Same here Pete. Amazing difference from day 1 until now.

First tub still huh? Dang I'm blowing through mine. Second tub is over halfway gone :(

That's really awesome to hear bro

How have other things changed on PF3? Like pumps, vascularity, fullness, etc.?

Just trying to make sure we get a really broad gauge of how PF3 is benefiting you guys :)

Pumps and fullness have increased. Vascularity is hidden on me. Leaning out is the biggest effect here.

I can't tell you how pleased that my stomach bloat issue is still decreasing. I'm down to my last couple scoops of fruit punch.

Taking it easy due to shoulder issue.

Machine Decline Press

that's awesome bro, definitely experiencing similar effects myself. keep on killing it man

Late but in! Even with a 7-day split, a deload week occasionally gives your joints time to catch up - don't be afraid!

Looking good brother!! Candy Grape is delicious, I think you'll really like it!

Could be lighting, but I swear you're more defined in the triceps and more noticeably, your lower abdomen.

Minimal soreness or DOMS due to PF3. Opened candy grape today and I like it better than fruit punch. You guys are right, it tastes like PixiStix. Mixed MAN's PF3 by slowly adding to water while swirling and no clumps.

Boxers Workout for Cardio

DB Lateral Raise 30x8x2
30x10

Speed Bag (Hard as I can hit)
6 rounds 1 min on and 1 min off

Heavy Bag
6 rounds 1 min on and 2 min off

Focusmaster
6 rounds 1 min on and 1 min off

I love bag work!

Grape is amazing. I put mine in tubes, and shoot it like pixy stix.. Not srs but that would be awesome.

The lighting is noticeably different is 2nd pic, HOWEVER you can tell in abdomen you def are leaning out. Good work!

definitely look leaner bro, glad you're experiencing the fullness aspect too. Recovery seems to be the most common thing but I've definitely noticed the improved fullness and pumps too. Glad more and more people are reporting that too :)

Looking solid, Kenpo!

Just about to update my log. I'm starting to work hard on my upper chest as well. I played around with various angles on incline, hoping that will stimulate some growth

Seems like incline Hex Presses (neutral gripped dbell presses with dbells pressed and squeezed together from bottom to top of press) & incline flyes between a cable tower with a focus on contractions on both have smoked that region more than anything I've ever tried. I try to go as heavy as possible on those exercises because it's naturally tough to - 'going heavy' still yields at least 10 reps for the most part for me. And localized damage needs to be fairly stout to actually grow (getting sore doesn't mean you're necessarily having to grow).

All I'm saying is it's easy to find yourself in 20 rep sets of the fly-presses on the incline bench - and you'll feel smoked. But it's actually much tougher to work with a 12RM weight for this. Make sure you're WARM for this though - I never start the workout with these, ever.

Nice workout Kenpo!

Thanks RJ. Old guy trying his best. Lol

We aren't old until we start acting like it, no matter how often I pull grays from my beard...
I can see from your lifts that you aren't acting old!

Thanks RJ! That means a lot! Agree that age is in your mind and shouldn't be used to stop you, just makes you work smarter and safer.

Correct on both counts ; old and kicking a$$.... Kidding. I am going crazy over here, wanting to try this PF3. The results and reviews so far have been outstanding. MAN never disappoints.

Thanks Drew!
