Tuesday back and shoulder hypertrophy

Bent over rows

Db rows superset w/ smith machine shrugs 4,0,1,0
3×10 @ 65

Close grip pull downs

Db shoulder press 4,0,1,0
3×12 @ 60's

Smith machine upright rows 4,0,1,0
4×12 @ 95

Db lateral raise 4,0,1,0
4×15 @ 15's

Up to 175 today, gotta chill my diet out! I've been saying that for a week now but I'm finding it very hard to let my carbs go. I can't gain any more weight, my mobility and energy level is starting to be effected. Maybe after today....

C'mon yates! You're making it hard on a dude not to run some Trest 2 weeks out of PCT. Lol I can't friggin wait for this winter!!

20 lbs and still lean is nice.

Brother, tell me again why you want to cut calories!! Still lean as shiit with that growth. Add in some stretching for mobility and get all the gains mang!!

I feel ya yatesy baby... I get near 260 and look good and big but feel so lumbery. coupled with the calories required to maintain that size I just can't do it for long. I lose agility and with snowboarding season set to begin I fear the extra strain on my knees could result in injury. first world problems :)
 
Plenty of time to shrink after cycle. At least to a certain extent. PH cycles of 8-12 weeks...shoot be uncomfortable, eat, grow. We all know it's not a permanent condition. Keep 50% of that weight, you done good. Make that 50% worth it.

Yesterday for dinner I had 3 sirloin beef burgers (no bun) topped with bacon and cheddar cheese. Thankfully there was only 3 left or else I might have cooked some more.

Honestly, Cardar1ne and lean protein/healthy fats has me looking way better than when carbs are higher.

I'm just coming off of a very low carb diet onto this cycle. Very good way to trim fat for me, I lost a lot of weight pretty quick like that

And a great way to gain some solid rebound weight with the help of anabolics! I love my carbs but I am going to cut them down for a while and see what I see.

Wanted to keep squatting but the pump I had would not let me. Everything is definitely in full effect and working like it's supposed to! I don't get lower back pumps really but I do get shoulder/trap pumps that will immediately stop my workout if they come up. This is starting to show up in the middle of my workout so I guess I need to throw some taurine into my morning shake. Weighed in at 174 this morning.
