when people say "i kept all my gains after my cycle" i dont get it. when u cycle u retain alot of water, so wouldnt weight loss happen no matter what? i dont understand

That depends on whether or not you took a steroid that causes water retention. Not all do. Some steroids even have the opposite effect.

i havent gained much, if any, water from AAS. probably due to using an AI on cycle
