Keeping body fat low while gaining muscle

I play football, powerlifting, and track. I am a freshman in highschool. I am important to the powerlifting team as I am a good light weight lifter. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on aging muscle while keeping my fat low for track season. Thanks
 
idk what you're diet is right now but at your age just keep eatting tons of good protein carbs and fat and if you have a good metabolism and it seems like you're active then you have nothing to worry about. eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lbs of bw and keep your fat intake where it is and you will build more muscle.
