Morning Supplements:
25mg E
1 baby aspirin
200mg Caffeine
1 cap AT2
1 cap Green Tea Extract
I am noticing that this combo is really killing my appetite. I get a little shaky about 45-60 minutes after dosing but nothing to harsh. I am taking in 3 doses of ECA now.
Took in 10 grams of BCAA about 15 minutes after dosing the above.
Supplements 30 minutes before my first meal:
1 cap Na-R-ALA
500mg Agmatine
500mg ALCAR
750mg Cissus
- Broke my fast around 11:30 today. I had a gigantic meal consisting of:
2 scoops Dymatize Elite XT
4 egg whites and 3 whole eggs
1 cup hashbrowns
3 oz red meat
- After consuming this meal I didn't get any bloat at all. I was full for sure but I didn't feel like I couldn't move or get any effects like that. Really loving the combo of Na-R-ALA + ALCAR + Agmatine + Cissus. I will say that the cissus is just horrific tasting. I didn't parachute it this time and I really regret that because the taste was just plain horrible.
Supplements PWO:
1.5 scoop Enhanced
6 grams CM
2 grams BA
2.5 grams Creatine
3 caps Erase
1 cap V-1
2 caps ABE

- Enhanced has been giving me some great workouts. I think I am really going to enjoy this V-1 and Enhanced combo PWO.
Weight Session:
- Hit back today for my rep range week. I am very sore today from yesterdays workout. With all the varying exercises I did, my back really got tore up. I really enjoy Rep Range week because the number of reps goes up each exercise, then declines once I get to 13-15 reps.
- My workout was very intense. Energy, focus, pump, and vascularity were all present. I know that I am taking in many different supplements PWO but I have taken them all before and know exactly what I am getting from each of them. When I tested Enhanced, my workout was the best I have had from a PWO. This was just from my first experience. With the added V-1 because of the focus and energy I was getting from it, I really think this combo is going to give me great results.

The Dymatize Elite XT Fudge Brownie is very delicious. It mixes up very nicely also. The texture is a bit different but that is just because of the protein blends in it. I am very satisfied with it though.
About an hour after my protein shake, I dosed my:
Na-R-ALA
Agmatine
Cisus
ALCAR
2 caps ABE
Consumed a large amount of food about 30 minutes after dosing the above. Most of the calories coming from protein and carbs.
Still carb cycling:
3 days low (50-100 CHO)
1 high day (35-400 CHO)
All carbs are coming from pre and post workout.
Supplement Notes:
- ABE just was started today so I can't comment on that. But since I have taken it before I will know when it is starting to kick in and the difference I will see from it.
- Enhanced was added to my arsenal. Only had 3 workouts with it so far, but every workout is amazing. Taking in 1.5 scoops because this feels like it is my sweet spot. Focus kicks in almost instantly. Ill take it about 20-30 minutes before the gym and then leave. By the time I get there my energy is right where I want it to be. Once the blood gets flowing, the pumps were intense along with veins popping out more then usual.
- V-1 has been amazing. I just finished 4 weeks of it the other day and am continuing to use it for the next 4 weeks. Strength increases are for sure being noticed. Every lift has gone up in strength whether it be a pound or 5 pounds.
Calories:
Took in about 2900 calories I believe. Calories have decreased over the past weeks mainly because I planned this and didn't want to start cutting calories too dramatically at the beginning.
