Who all has used it? Right now I'm drinking Fiji kava. For me, it's a very heady tea, but it does relax me as well. It almost makes my head swim similar to when I use to drink.

Going to try another strain of kava once I use up the lb I have now.
 
I've been following the kratom threads with interest but it is illegal in Australia.
I'm thinking kratom would be awesome as a relaxant & even as a beer/alcohol replacement
Kava is legal in Australia & I've been looking into it. Would be interesting to get a few opinions as to how effective it is.
It would be cool to have some kava to relax instead of hitting the beers

The reverse tolerance is real. It took three days of continually drinking two tablespoons a day before the full effect kicked in.

Now, I drink maybe a tablespoon and a half twice a week and get the same effects.

I might give it a second go. I've only tried a single dose once.
