Happy Thursday! What a week so far! It's been great for me but having a rough start to 8th grade with my daughter! I'll just say kids are MEAN!! Makes me wanna take out some rage on some teenagers- I mean they're almost grown right?! Jkn ...She's a beautiful, strong, and loving girl! I know she'll make it through just fine like we all did! Just praying lots for her!!

Today was arm day! Shoulders weren't very sore until this morning. Actually was awakened by them. Lol Back is still really tight and tender but should be good for squats tomorrow!!

I thought of you today when I was lifting. I know everyone in the gym was watching me grunt and groan to get the last few reps out haha. I thought, man I am finally getting the intensity that Kat has!! ;)

Took lil man to the gym after school and got in my cardio! It was quite warm today- just getting in and out of the car I was sweating! You would've thought I had been working out! Lol

15 mins sprints/15mins walking/15 mins ski elliptical

Felt good to get in some sprints! Don't want to loose my gains so I stopped at 15 mins. The treadmills automatically stop after 30 mins so I just moved to the elliptical to finish up. Followed up with a few touches on upper body and some stretching.

Great workout Kat! Those tri's should be forming a big horshoe! Love the bench dip weight and the skull crushers. Way to kill it!

Thank you Turff! I can see them slowly peaking a little! They're hiding like my abs! Lol I love the bench dips but I hate the looks I get stacking 2-45's and a 25 up to put on my lap! Lol

First off wicked Killer workout but i'd expect nothing less from you boss!!!! 2nd of all yeah kids can be asses bc normally they either witness that kind of attitude at home or have some one that bullies them. Let them girls take a look at you and I bet they will run and hide. It's sad to bc this is a time they're supose to enjoy themselves.

Then follow with a cookie cake that I'm making for him. (We will save the multi tiered superhero cake for a big party!)

Leg day! I was super excited...had a few hiccups like running late and forgetting my gym bag with my notebook but oh well...I've got the routine on my phone so I used that. Low and behold NO SQUATS TODAY??!!!! What?! So sad but had an awesome workout! Legs/glutes/lower back are fried!

Side note...down 1/2 a lb and to 17.9 per the scale... I have a question though- it seems my stomach just won't get flat!! :( Nutrition is on point! I've been reading up on clen but I've never done anything like that. I'd really like some input from you guys? I'm open to suggestions.

Well, I've been in a deficit for a very long time but I was at 1700 for a month and 2 wks ago I bumped it up to 1800. I've had progress both weeks...just seems like it's stuck on my stomach...questioned hormones.

Clen can be pretty hard. Can cause lots of cramping. But, it works very well. First recommendation would be an ECA stack though.

Wow Kat! You look great! Try the ECA stack for awhile, then if you still don't see the results you want then run Clen for 2 weeks. It's too hot outside right now to run Clen anyway, you would stay in a sweat 24/7 right now.
