Just a fancy and overpriced from of creatine, that won't give any benefits compared to regular monohydrate. And sold by the fake natty Kris Gethin, which is just another reason not to buy it. IMO.

Bro u gotta chill with the bodybuilding.com exclusive products. Most people here dont use them. There is better stuff out there, get in the loop lol
