How much of the bulk k-r-ala should I take (In tsps) to equal the amount of one glucophase xr pill (250mgs)?

So you're looking at 1/14 of tsp to equal 250mg.

Better have a Invalid Link Removed to measure this out...

So... 1/8 of a tsp would equal 437 mgs and if I do that than I get about the same amount that would be in 2 GXR pills which is fine.
