Today was a venture into a new truncated routine and as such presented a few unknowns, so I decided in the best interest of science to treat it as a circuit, and utilize it’s inherent rest / pause (in certain areas) as an enabler for more weight, yet maintain a fairly accelerated pace.

I think it was successful, and will be working on expanding this routine incorporating more exercises while increasing time allotted.

*This is in regard to Finish Line. I am working at pre-exhausting some first sets, and it's bringing some of the volume down in perception, but in reality I am staying at the same high volume based on the (rest, pause) being so short, and weights are increased in many of the sets.

I do believe it is the inclusion of Finish Line which is contributing to my ability to do this, but I cannot discount the impact Follidrone 2.0 is having on my routine in and out of the gym.

I only just realized. I ended up at 208 prior to this cut. It wasn't a goal. Shooting for 190 in 6-8 weeks.

Holy <insert expletive here> I fried myself during chest but I managed to push through the rest of the routine. Increased weights on arms, but the shear reps from my chest took a lot out of me.

I was sweating more than ever during this routine. Probably the reps plus the exotherm. A little shaky at the end of my workout, but thankfully Finish Line helped to dismay this from going much further.

Awesome log so far man! Keep it up. What flavor Conqu3r did you mix with Powermax XT? I usually like combining a preworkout with Powermax XT if its another fruit flavor

Ah yeah that might not be the best combo haha. I love Powermax XT with most fruit flavored preworkouts though, its usually a great combo. You're welcome man!

Notes:
Today was my first day logging PEAK Performance O2 and I wanted to start at a basic base line moving forward in order to best assess it’s benefits realized. I don’t normally incorporate cardio of any kind directly into my routine, so this is an interesting first. I was able to tim my workout in order to focus on arms more than chest, and work an inverted pyramid for a changeup.

I felt good. No shakiness like I usually have post workout / fasted.

Notes:
Today was my first day logging PEAK Performance O2 and I wanted to start at a basic base line moving forward in order to best assess it’s benefits realized. I don’t normally incorporate cardio of any kind directly into my routine, so this is an interesting first. I was able to tim my workout in order to focus on arms more than chest, and work an inverted pyramid for a changeup.

I felt good. No shakiness like I usually have post workout / fasted.

justhere4comm - I have been following along, more so in the challenge thread. I love everyone here and I am here ...even if I'm not responding. I honestly just have a hard time keeping up with all the threads and can't respond to all that I want to - partly because I'm long winded. You ARE killing it, and you clearly don't need any help from me, but you have my support and I love reading your writing ...like I said before...super entertaining.

I think so too! After just completing a cursory search on it's ingredients, it will most certainly make a great addition, and I look forward to testing it out on a bit of cardio. Something I loath. :)

If you're trying to lose body fat, you don't want to make Cardio "easier" or become "better" or more efficient at it (it'll happen on it's own, but you can't do anything about that - but don't help it along by taking stuff that is purported to boost endurance). Stick to the well known "fat burning" compounds only, IMO.
