Sorry for the delayed response but yes it is very nice being older and using this. I would be super happy to use this very long term.
I'm 52 my man and my sleep is great, I wake refreshed and ready to hit it. :) Coffee is all I need and kapow! The day is mine.

I really feel good and it's only been two weeks. I'm looking forward to the next two and beyond. It would be a great addition.
Give it a go, maybe you get chosen to do a log to get you started, but if not it's definitely worth it.
 
Still dosing and a few observations that I have had with previous experience with MK 677.

  • Hair Growth. Yes. Everywhere.
  • Sleep is great no matter how much or little. I wake up early and feel great.
  • I have had a soar on my arm that I will tell you has healed faster, no kidding.

My shoulder is feeling better! I picked up a few light dumbbells today to give them a try, and hell yeah, I'm thinking, back in the saddle in a couple of weeks for a light start again. This is by far the best single capsule of MK 677 along with the extras with complimentary benefits.
Very pleased! I'm thinking of going beyond the 4 week log, and incorporating this into my workout in a few weeks.

I'm going to be looking at a 3 on 1 off routine for a few months, and then maybe something of a hybrid. Not sure.

Right now I can say, of all the MK I have seen, RC (3 different companies), and (NP - DIY), this has been the best form in capsules. For one, it doesn't taste like ass, there is no taste. All the RC forms taste like ass, and the DIY can be modified so it doesn't based on your abilities.

I definitely think this is the best form I have ever seen, bar none. I'd run this long-term.
(Is now wondering how the GW 501516 is like, as I have had a few others and lack luster results.)

Hadn't even considered the hair growth thing but now that you mention it...
 
Nothing of note yet that I'd make mention of. Business as usual.
I'm considering the chance I'd make it back to the gym in one to two weeks for a light start up again to get the train going.

3 on 1 off program - then run into an HST or PHAT program after about 8-12 weeks.
Sounds like a plan.

I have actually not personally tried this version.

I of course used MA Labs first version which had diff ingredients.

I have about a dozen of my PT clients using this now and every single one of them have loved it and bought more then 1 bottle.

I have to give this a shot myself and see how it compares to the original. This has better ingredient profile, so I am prob safe to assume this will work better.

I need the sleep you speak of, with a 3 week old newborn at home. Last night I may have gotten 3 interrupted hours of sleep.

Gonna grab a unit of this and see if it helps me.

I don't like chasing caps but this supplement is one I don't mind taking.
Staples add up, and this is a welcome addition to my (aged) arsenal.

Log Update:
Last night had several incredible dreams. Vivid and I woke remembering two of them quite clearly, and all I have to say is Damn and wow. It was like living inside of a movie with mixed scenes from my life and things people I hadn't seen before that I can consciously remember. They were new and old characters mixed into a plot that made no sense but impressive action. (Nothing sexual, but quite adventurous)

Think "The Purge" meets "Tom Sawyer". lol. Just twisted.
Reminds me of the lengthy and detailed dreams when I was younger.

I used to get pretty wild dreams when I first started MK. Mine tapered off to where I don't get them now, except every so often, and not like the first couple of weeks. It will be interesting to see how long they last for you :).

It was interesting. I actually think going 5 on 2 off may be a good idea. Was experiencing some bloat which never happened before. This is definitely legit, and I am thinking of jumping into a few more bottles.

Stayed off for 4 days straight and am now jumping into a morning dose on my day off.
Thinking of 3 on 1 off to see what it feels like for the next two weeks starting today, one day before my 3 on 1 off program schedule begins. I think the staggering might be beneficial in some way.

I love over thinking things. :D

I jumped to two caps then dropped down to 1 cap. I'm thinking of a 3 on 1 off with one cap. Morning dosing makes me hungry all day long. I'm not sure how I feel about it. It's neither good or bad.

Great questions!

I briefly went to two caps, but I think it was too much Melatonin for me. I think 3mg is my top end for a single dose for Melatonin, and I did experience more bloat. I also think there may be a diminishing returns from 25mg of MK. 12.5mg might be the sweet spot, which is why I ordered another bottle so I can extend this further out and see if I want to up the dose later and see what the benefits are. If any. Then evaluate my tolerance for Melatonin.

I've learned this from taking our (Vein Nutrition's) Sedation, we have 6mg of Melatonin per full scoop and I prefer 1/2 scoop or wake up groggy. SFreed prefers even less than 1/2 scoop at closer to 4-5g, and 2mg of Melatonin. (Each scoop is 11g)

It also might be, the purity of this MK is the best on the market thus far and it's clearly properly dosed, unlike other RC products previously tested. Is this due to the other matrix of ancillaries? I can't be too sure, but the tester using the other products also incorporated various similar ancillaries with the exception of Melatonin.

Thanks for the feedback. I usually only take melatonin when I'm too wired out from a late workout. i usually take 2ea. 3mg or it doesn't make me tired.
 
Took two days from working out, but man I feel pumped 24/7 just about. The only criticism I have is the amount of Melatonin in this. If I take it in the morning, I'm super tired. I'd also like the option to dose two caps, and that would up the Melatonin too much IMHO. It also prevents me from taking my "Sedation" which also has Melatonin in it. That would be too much. I would have suggested taking Melatonin separately because of the benefits and gasp, I'm going to use the word SYNERGY between the two. :D

I still think this is a great product. It's why I ordered another bottle.
I"m going to have to insure the dosage is done prior to bed about 30-45 minutes min/max.

Listening to my body and taking another day off, but still dosing.
 
How are your joints holding up? Are you noticing improvement in Normal wear and tear? I've had a few nagging joint pains for a while and hoping this just eases it.
 
I'm also surprised more people aren't logging this based on all the positive reviews. I may throw a log up once mine arrives....

My shoulder pain has all but gone away, and as for my other joints, I really can't say. I hadn't considered my elbow pain, it just stopped hurting. Time off has helped, but I do think this has helped it along greatly.

I think the more logs if possible for anything, the better one gains a perspective based on independent thinking and varying circumstances. It's always great to get other's perspectives. Even though this is a sponsored log, I try very hard to permit my objectivity to take a front seat and drive this. Integrity of a log is important for others to see this product in the most truthful light possible.

From a scientific point of view, if others are producing non-sponsored logs, it would be more welcome to either validate my thoughts or not, even tough this compound is well studied there are variances in it's formulation that differ it enough from the homogenous version to warrant more study.

I have upped my potassium intake, and Enteric Coated Baby Aspirin along with taking Dandelion Extract as the bloat is present, and I like the qualities offered by the addition of the DE. Increasing water intake.
 
Perhaps I will log it then. I'm currently bulking and that's supposedly when it really shines so I would be curious as to the results it would produce. I just want to be able lift somewhat heavy again! So we shall see

Logs are great way to get real user information. As long as they are truthful.
Does the Enteric Coated Baby Aspirin really help the bloat? I'm assuming a low dose? How does it help with the bloat?
sorry for so many questions. I have heard of people taking it that have had a heart attack.

82mg as it effects vasopressin.
A fair amount of potassium too. I'd rather it were food based and multivitamin.
 
Definitely cannot take this in the morning. I took it and fell asleep for 3 hours. lol.
It's a nighttime dose from now on moving forward.
