Just turned 35. HCG and TRT?

Low

Member
Hey everyone,
I just turned 35, I had a late start in fitness. I was a fata** my whole life. Now I am in excellent shape. I would like to start building more muscle but I feel my testosterone is too low.. my last lab was 275ng about 2 months ago. Good idea to TRT? Am I wasting time working out hard and only bringing about minimal gains? Has anyone had great results with the hcg and trt? Last question, what kind of a doctor will prescribe hcg and trt? Thanks for all the help!

I think I meant to say HGH and TRT..

Been on TRT 6 years now with moderate T levels in the 600s. With a dose of 160mg a week. It's a struggle to fine tune a trt regimen. Took me 4 years to get to a place I am happy with. Spent a boatload of money to feel semi normal. I regret going down this road. I want to get my wife pregnant and now I'm at a loss. Screw trt try Hcg first and Clomid. Dont follow the easy way. Shots every week suck and your dependant upon them. Luckily my wife pins it for me, but try lgd or Osta before heading right into a lifelong thing.

Research HPTA Restart. It uses Clomid to restart your HPTA. You don't want to be on TRT unless it's really necessary.

Awesome thanks, that is what I was afraid of. What do you guys think about growth hormone? Same thing? Stay away?

Why can't you get her pregnant may I ask? Have you tried HCG alongside test?

Been on HCG, I started it 2yrs after receiving 200mgs a week test cyp. After that I noticed severe shrinkage and found a specialist. Had I seen a Trt specialist initially I think my chances of getting my wife pregnant would be different. At some point I followed some broscience saying 250iu 3x a week is all you need, but realized I respond way better to more at higher doses. 500iu 3x a week or more make boys fill up.

So do you still think you would be unsuccessful or have you recovered?

Yes, it’s cheaper to just go on a stress free vacation and have fun with it.
Not if you've an extremely low sperm count.

Rule of thumb, if you've been having fun for 6 months unprotected the go see a fertility specialist. IVF can be expensive. Comes down to how badly you want kids

Bro. Take my advice, try K1ngs Blood by OL. Little more expensive, but I found it much more effective than MTest. There's also test results floating around here that came out positive, which is a rarity for natty boosters. I'm 35 as well, look up reviews.

I did try OL k1ngs blood. No difference. I can attest to better alternatives, like Iron mag Ultra male rx, which i should start at. I do love OL though. After blood work it did raise my lh prior to taking hcg.

275 is low. have you tried changing your diet, sleep etc?

hcg really isnt needed , but its a personal choice. Itll give testes fuller and can help being fertile

I’d echo what others have said. Get your sleep/lifestyle good. High fat diet with a lot of cholesterol. Vit D, ZMA, Ashwaghanda, boron and can play with clomid or orther supps people have mentioned. I got my total test above 900 this way from low 400’s and now trying to dial in my estrogen and bump my free test. It cab be done. I’m 32 with 6+ cycles under my belt
