I just took my first mmv3 and methyl 1d dose and I can't see why so many people moan about the taste of the mmv3 or how long it takes to dissolve?

I actually thought it tasted quite nice and dissolved pretty quickly lol

Diet is 20f/55c/25p at 500 over maintenance eating leangains Intermittent Fasting style..

Doing a 2 day training, 1 day off style routine cycling Leg, Chest, back and shoulders.

I'm roughly at 12% Bf and I'm looking for a bit of a recomp. Gaining mass is my goal but to drop 1 or 2% during this cycle would be sweeet.

Looking forward to it.
 
is this the new liquid stuff? cause that dosent need to desolve and doesnt taste near as bad as the older pill version.
