is it ideal for muscle retention ? of course not. but it would be nice for overall weightloss.
right but it isnt a fasting question, he still wants to consume protein shakes so breezy is saying to use whole food instead......1 week of this wont be beneficial imo
You could have had the same caloric intake from whole foods with the added benefits of all its nutrients.
