Macros weren't tracked because its been so hectic, ive been eating fairly "clean" and have been maintaining around 234 when not completely full or bloated, I ended up weighing 237 last night pre workout but that was after tons of food. morning weight is around 234ish so still a full pound down! Moving in tonight so sorry if I don't have any further updates! Still loving the OxyMax though :D[/b]
 
How do you like OxyMax as a pre workout?

Personally, I think it makes for a phenomenal preworkout. I got sick of so many powders and what not and honestly this has worked better than some pre's ive tried recently. Energy, focus, drive, motivation, and nootropic focused happy good feeling is on par about 15 minutes after the dose. Im running it standalone with ergonine pre and im having some of the best workouts of my life :D

Absolutely! This is one of the few products that is actually versatile as both a fat burner and a really good preworkout.. most of the fat burners you take either focus on appetite suppression or stim you up like crazy. well not this, its the best of both worlds!

Hey everyone! SO day 14 is in the books and currently typing this on my phone again since i dont have my room and everything set up yet! soon though.. definitely soon :D

Dosing has stayed consistent yet! 2 Alphamax in the AM and 2 in the Pm right before bed. Oxymax has been 1 am and one afternoon. Thus far I am actually down another half lb roughly. bringing the grand total to about nearly two lbs in two weeks, however the mirror has been showing some great results so I will hopefully get those pics up tomorrow now that im close to 1000 posts. even though ive been told I can posts pics... still not gonna do all the work only for it not to work on the log! Tomorrow is a huge day for me! Ill be doing some max outs both bench and squat and hopefully hit more PRs!

Hey everyone! Mid week and my first official day of classes has come to a close and im currently sitting in our library doing some reading since my laptop has been acting up (on the first day?!?). No workout today but macros are completely finished!!

Yesterday macros were at

SO Im sitting right around my macro goal to maintain or slowly lose weight. However Ill be discussing some interesting development in the workout world that my be crucial to the end of this log (remaining two weeks) I have increased my cardio daily and so i will actually have a couple hundred calories to play with if need be :D also having some issues uploading food with my imgur account so ill also be working on that tomorrow so I can show you some food porn :D

So you're two weeks in now. Are you noticing a drying effect?

Correct! As far as drying, i usually dont notice any particular drying until week 3 or close to week 4. I think its just how my body adjusts to arimistane. With that being said, I have been peeing a TON like usual on alphamax, but i blame myself because I drink so much water to avoid dehydration (because of the drying) I think that by the end of this week/start of next one ill see a much more profound effect. also I have taken pictures to document changes which will be included at the end of the log (gotta stay hidden now ;) )

SO again posts to happen tomorrow morning on todays lift but yet another huge grinder PR all while dropping down to just under 235lbs now for a close to 3lb lost in 2.5 weeks

So one thing i was planning on mentioning was that I live pretty far from campus, about a mile and a half. SO i downloaded an app that tracks my walking throughout the day because this isnt accounted for when i track my macros. I have been walking anywhere from 3-6 miles everyday and burning an additional 5-700 calories from this. Now what I am also doing is eating slightly below maintenance while cycling high carb/high fat days! Ive been seeing some great progress with this. couple that with the extra walking everyday and i may have to up my calories above my normal "maintenance" in order to stay above 234 by the end of the log! I also am going to start posting my walking from the days starting tomorrow for the rest of the log. It will be posted up after my workout!

Anyhow, this was my walk to campus/class/ and then home the last two days! Im going to keep updating this and including it in the end of day log as well!

The average pace isnt anything to really look at considering I had to pause and stop/go when wlaking up stairs or waiting to get into a building etc as walking a 30 minute mile is pretty bad ;)
 
That is an epic day of eating, damn!

Thanks my man! and actually it wasnt as much as some peoples maintenance! My maintenance daily is now going up an additional 400+calories because of all the walking! crazy right?

Also with the exception of that whole pizza i was pretty low calories wise :D

Might be some other cause for that but just my thoughts if you went thru the same

not at all, coupled with Alphamax the libido is still incredibly high. And unless im taking in over 400mgs daily i never have any issues with that

First time I have heard of this. There isn't anything that would normally cause that either. How are your stress levels, sleep, fat intake?

I have had the same reaction on Synedrix last year and the guys at the gym pointed this out. So,I did some reading and there are some cases. All symptoms stop after a couple of days of stopping taking the Supps. They say it's the high stim components that cause this.

if you arent used go stims then yes, just like going to the gym can draw blood out of that area and leave it feeling a little bit, well, underendowed if you will. so Bottom line anything that draws the blood away from your member can have that effect. if you dont consume any other stims during the day then chances are you have a low stim tolerance.

Good evening all! Unfortunately I wasnt able to get the workout in that I wanted to this weekend which kinda sucks but starting a new workout next week will definitely give me time to rest and then kill it tomorrow!

Tomorrow will makr the supposed final week but I have about 10 days left I believe because a couple days I only took one cap and I will also get a weight tomorrow before lifting to evaluate how much weight I am down in 3 weeks!

Dosing today yesterday and friday was all the standard 2 caps of alphamax immediately upon waking and right before bed.
Also 1 cap of Oxymax upon waking and 1 about mid day when I dont have a workout

Energy/nootropic feeling has yet to diminish and as stated above there are no issues with libido or anything!

SO Calories exceeded the 4k mark yesterday and here is why. I will be starting to walk from campus to home twice daily. thats about 6 miles. yesterday i walked close to 8 (as youll see in a bit when i post that) that burned an additonal 1000+ calories. so in order to make sure im not losing a ton really quick. im actually gonna be maintaining around 3300 from now until the end of the log


So another lift PLUS practice today and then ill be posting all that information tomorrow. gonna see if I can post the walking log from yesterday up from my phone here
 
Hey all! an absolutely crazy day with two insanely long workouts... I was between practice and lifting from 4-830 so I cant wait to update tomorrow! Thankfully i didnt have to walk much today :D
 
318 grams of protein, did you eat a few whole chickens?!

a total of roughly 16 oz 93/7 ground beef, 48oz fairlife whole milk two jimmyjohns Hunters clubs sandwiches, and a protein shake.

im gonna try to aim for about 270 :) since over 1g of bodyweight isnt a bad thing, I want to make sure that I am hitting and exceeding body weight a bit. carbs are gonna be up around 300+ and fat 95ish. so this reverse diet hopefully will help me feeling better! Ill be posting my workout tonight with macros! had extremely low carbs yesterday which was weird.... like 150g weird.

I had to chug two gatorades before bed to get my carbs up that high, I have no idea why i didnt eat many carbs all day but I guess I didnt!!


SO today ended up being an off day but tracking my macros and i went a little high on carbs but stayed below my caloric intake overall which is great!

I also started practice yesterday which lasted about an hour and a half, we threw really heavy implements and the volume was extremely high and the fact that i havent been sleeping very well has left me feeling extremely sore upon waking up. Im hoping the alphamax kicks in the next couple days to bring my sleep back to normal!

Also i chose to bike about 6 miles instead of walking it today on my roommates bike, unfortunately the seat was so uncomfortable, sore gloots plus a bad bikeseat= one crabby ryan.. safe to say i wont be sitting comfortably for a day or two!

Since My workouts/practice/walking has been so intense lately, i havent been really tracking macros, I have been going by feel. I have about 4/5 days left on the products and I have a before pic so I will post an after but weight is hovering around 233 now which is great!

NO workouts this weekend, Im letting my body acclimate to this change annd so Ill be relaxing and maybe doing a little walking but nothing to exciting![/b]

Sorry for the reply not goig through. I replied yesterday but I guess it didn't post.... So my workout didn't post either :/

Anyhow yup im on day 33 (didn't take two caps a few times as noted) and when I take it right away in the am I still get the long clean energy along side a great mood booster. That's one thing that i absolutely love about this, im always so happy positive and productive right away in the morning which works awesome for when I have class!! The effects haven't leveled ff even when I've been using for over a month so I think it's safe to say you guys hit the jackpot with this :D

So on a side note to all! Because my last workout didn't post what im gonna do is post the workout from yesterday tomorrow and then post my final review and add pics to it and all that good stuff tomorrow. So this way everything will end up perfect at the end! Sound great?! :) have a good night all!
 
Huge shoutout to Performax labs again for hoking me up with a bottle of OxyMax and a bottle Alphamax I couldnt have made these gains and losses without you guys :D

Lets dive in to this!!!! I will be basing my review off of 4 criteria which i listed below, lets go for it and ill post pics at the end!

Energy-10/10:

Well this was an easy 10/10 pick for me!! As stated throughout the log, the energy you get is almost instantaneous. not only does it hits you fast, its hits you hard! Not too hard to the point where you start to feel sick and shaky, but it hits you enough to the point where youre ready to go, alert and focused. This was just at 1 cap nonetheless, I personally chose to take one upon waking and then a second cap around the time when I worked out. Most times it was my only thing that I would take pre workout. Guess what? It is JUST as good as a scoop of your favorite pre workout! That makes this product even better when you can use it as pre workout on top of a thermogenic fat burner as well! Again, no jitters, no sickness, smooth clean energy that has you ready to take on the day!


Nootropic effect 11/10:

SO this is where the product really shines. As i said throughout the whole log, this product makes you feel like youre on top of the world. Everytime I took it I had this sense of happiness and good feeling, it was extremely motivating and actually helped me to be a little bit more ambitious around the house ;) I feel I had more clarity, more cognitive control (Meaning i didnt zone out i stayed focused) and overall a sense of well being. I have never tried a specific nootropic product but obviously I know what it feels like when I take a product with ingredients that do that. This product is hands down the best nootropic-esque product I have ever tried. I would pay $20 ALONE for just the cognitive and happy feeling you get from this product! It made dieting a lot easier because i felt happier and more motivated to eat right :)


Weight Loss Assistance 9/10:

Well to start this off I will say that I dropped from 237ish when starting to about 232 with clothes on. a 5lb lost in a month and the mirror is a bit different as you will see later. The weight came off very slow but here is the kicker, I ate like crap and above maintenance for most of the log! I had many cheat days and many "refeed" days where I would just eat what I could when my body was broken down yet i still dropped about 5lbs. This product also does wonders for appetite control. Now it isnt one of those products where you have to force yourself to eat every meal, rather what it does is control cravings and makes you not want to eat that pint of ben and jerry's your roommate has sitting in your freezer ;). ON a more serious note I am very impressed with how it helped me to shed about 5lbs through a little over a month, especially when the diet was not spot on!


Thermogenic Properties 10/10:

Again, another huge aspect of this product was its ability to make you sweat. I said a couple times during the logs that I had to change shirts during workouts because I was so drenched it was disgusting. Well one problem was this happened outside of the gym as well so if I wasnt in a climate controled area I couldnt wear light colored shirts :D. A lot of black and white for this guy during this log. But for real, I felt a lot more sweating when I worked out without feeling extremely hot all the time. With some thermogenics I have this sensation almost like I am running a fever or having a niacin flush. With this product I didnt experience it at all. Infact towards the end of the log, the sweating outside of the gym seemed to shut down quite a bit. Although some people may not like the sweating, I definitely feel better when I sweat more, maybe its all those toxins leaving my body!


Overall 10/10:

Currently, this product is my all time favorite fat burner/nootropic. I have tried many different fat burners in my time and I believe this is the best that I have ever tried!!


Again a huge shoutout and thank you over to the guys at Performax Labs for hooking me up! One of the most underrated companies on the market but you guys have a customer in me for life!!
 
Now the previous review was for OxyMax. I have already made a review for Alphamax and posted it on here, however I will say a few more things, color coded obviously. :D

Dryness- Definitely helped me out after about 3 weeks. Unfortunately I only had one bottle to run but in an 8 week cycle the leanness/vascularity really starts to pop after week 3, the last week and a half I was on this I just so happened to drop the most amount of water weight/increase the amount of veins that I had all over my body, calf/quad/forearms.

Deepness of sleep also improved after week 2. I had some problems originally waking up hungry and needing to eat but throughout the end of this log my cravings were controlled and when I fell asleep I stayed asleep! I didnt have too many vivid dreams which I REALLY wish I had those good dreams again... but ill be ok! Again sleep improves 10 food on Alphamax!

Strength- All of my maxes went up throughout this log. Now it could be the program and prior products as you cant have extreme strength gains in 4 weeks, however while losing weight I still managed to get stronger only using Alphamax and the staples. to go up over 10lbs on 3 lifts in a month is pretty impressive in my eyes!

Muscle Fullness also increased. I feel fuller, harder, and puffier? at all times. Not a soft fluffy feeing either, just overall bigger, shirts fit a little tighter, you get noticed more at the gym and at home, that feeling when your progress has finally been paying off ya know?

Again Alphamax is my top natty AI that I have ever used. the combined ingredients with the proper dosing makes for an awesome product that I will continue cycling every 8 weeks for a LONG period of time!
