Just ended hdrol

Today is my last day of hdrol, i have clomiphene , tamoxafin, and d-aspartic acid for my pct

Just wondering if theres anything else I should add to my arsenal for this pct..
 
What dose and length... maybe continue your cycle supports
 
Sounds like overkill to me, imo. I had nolva and a oct pct supp that was a test booster/estro blocker/liver/joint/BP and it did me perfect. I would save the Clomid for another harder cycle. Halo is really mild. I didn't experience a rebound at all.
 
Ya I forgot to mention I'm taking gaurdian liver detox. It may be overkill, just trying to gaurantee I keep as much as possible

Taking more compounds doesn't guarantee you keep anything. How you eat and how you train in your pct and beyond will determine that. Using a SERM will aid your natural production to return safely without any unwanted spikes in anything.
 
I'm not familiar with... Could you point me to your favorite SERM?

I use different things for different things. I prefer Nolva in most situations, however there are times when I would use Clomid or Torem. Just depends on what I'm taking. There is a lot more sides to Clomid than nolva. Do some reading on it

I would agree with this. i would just pick up some nolva and run it 20/20/10/10 and you should be good to go. And like said above halo is a milder compound so that should cover you.
 
oops, thats what I meant haha.
I also had a question about training thats a little off topic from my original question..
While I'm on my weeks of PCT, I was planning on training strength pyramid style to try and keep most of my strength gained (165 x 5, 165 x 4 down to 1)

Is this a good idea for all my exercises? or...?
