Alright i just calculated my BMR.
I am 21
67 Inches
173 LBs
So the Equation said that my BMR per day is 1345 Cals. Therefore to gain a LB a day id need to eat 4845 Cals a Day. (Wont Happen) However I have been Eating 3500 a day which puts me at 15085 Cals over a Week which Translates Roughly to 4.3 Lbs Gain a week. This is not happening. Maybe Im a little more Active than it said or something.
Also I am on Super One+ So It could have something to do with my Gains. I read that Taking it you will Burn more Cals. So if i am already Eating 3500 Cals a Day and not Gaining should i Bump my Cals up to 4000 or even 4250?
My Nutrient Breakdown looks like this:
Roughly:
325-350 Carbs, 350-375 Protien, and like 75 Fat a Day.
Any Advice would be appreciated
