just bought GHD

i have bought ghd very similar to this one

as u can see i cant direct the pad for the foot up and down and the pad for the knee arnt with slope like other ghd i have seen and maybe the pad for the knee is too high i dont know .
the question is if it is good enough GHD or should i send it back to the store ?

Is it the first one? The link just goes to a google image search. If it is, looks fine to me
 
what do u mean by make sure it is level?
yhe do u think it's good enough ?
coz as u see no adjust for pad heigh and there is no pad slope for knee

Send it back and get what you want

i thought what I said was pretty self explanatory, but I'll clarify.... Make sure it's on a level surface so it doesn't wobble. As far as the knee pad adjustment, the GHD is designed so the lower half of your leg has no angle, so no, it won't adjust up or down, there is no need. It will only go in or out. If that is not what you are looking for, then why did you buy it? It's a pretty simple thing, not rocket science here...
 
i didnt say it isnt what i looking for ,
what i looking for is just a ghr that i can do glut ham raise this is ,
i thought that it isnt effective ghr because i cant adjust that foots pad and the pad for the knee witouth slope ,
but now u explained it to me and i am happy i bought it

u can adjust the foot pads and the pad alittle bit with slope
 
Well FWIW, I bought a GHR/hyper bench actually, and had to do some retro fitting to get it just right, but it did not take much.
I needed to get the foot plate closer to the ankle pads so I just fastened a few blocks of wood onto the plate to bring the plate closer when my feet were on it.
I also had to bundle a pad in front of the waist support pad so I could jam my knees against it for better support and less gouging in on the bracket.
I drilled a few extra holes for the locking pins, to make the adjustments more user friendly for GHRs too.
It has been a little while since I have used it regularly however.

Just sayin'
